5. Graduation Date: I graduated for LCHS this year (June 27, 2002), but next year (2003) I will be completely done high school.

    1500m: 4:32.71
    3000m: 9:52.73
    Cross-Country (courses vary)

7. Major Achievements:
    Canadian Legion gold medalist in 1500m and 3000m in 1998 and 1999
    3-time OFSAA X-Country gold medalist
    Achieving an OFSAA record in the 1500m in track of 2000
       (now broken)
    National x-country competitor placing 2nd in 1999; 5th in 2000;
    10th in 2001
    World x-country competitor in 2000 placing 53rd

8. Why did you start participating in Track and Field: I love running!

9. What does participating in Track and Field mean to you: Working hard to be able to achieve the best that I, not others, can achieve while enjoying myself.

10. To what do you attribute your improvements in the sport:  To hard work, and the support and help of my parents, coach, friends, fellow competitors, and especially God.

11. What is the highlight of your athletic career: World Junior X-Country Championships in Vilamoura, Portugal where I placed 53rd and was 3rd out of the 6 Canadians.

12. Future Goals: Simply running to the best of my ability.  Perhaps winning a national or international event.

13. Plans after you finish running: Physiotherapist, coaching
