Major Achievements: OFSAA Gold Medalist in the Midget 400m (2001), , OTFA 2002 Champion 400m (51.65),  Bronze Medal All-Ontario'AAA' Lambton Lightning Hockey,  400m record holder in Elementary school (54.43),  St. Helen’s Athlete of The Year Award (1999-2000),  Racing in the Canadian Cross Country Championships.

8. Why did you start participating in Track and Field: I began participating in Track and Field because I had watched many elementary meets and became very interested in the sport.

9. What does participating in Track and Field mean to you: Participating in Track has given me a much more positive outlook on life, and has given me many opportunities that most teenagers would not have.

10. To what do you attribute your improvements in the sport: Training hard, Weight-lifting, and running to the best of my ability everytime I am in a race.

11. What is the highlight of your athletic career:  I would have to say winning OFSAA would be the highlight of my career, and signing with Graceland University for a Track and Cross Country scholarship.

12. Future Goals: To run well at Graceland University, and earn my degree in Education where I will then become a elementary teacher.

13. Plans after you finish running: Hopefully I will never have to finish running, I would like to keep running no matter what my age is.
