7. Major Achievements: Two times OFSAA silver medalist in the 1500m, 2 times OFSAA medalist in cross-country as a team.  Place 11th in the 1500m and 10th in the 3000m at Canadian juniors in 2005. 


8. Why did you start participating in Track and Field: My mom was a really good runner in high school and I wanted to follow her foot steps.   


9. What does participating in Track and Field mean to you: It means to be competitive, every race you want to be faster then the previous one.  You have to train hard and never give up.  It's not always easy but if you really want it everything can happen.     


10. To what do you attribute your improvements in the sport: Perseverance


11. What is the highlight of your athletic career: My 1500m at OFSAA in 2004.


12. Future Goals: Keep running in university and try to be the best that I can be.


13. Plans after you finish competing in Track and Field: I would like to be a family physician.
