7. Major Achievements:
Competing at OFSAA all four years of high school. Winning OFSAA
gold for the 4x100m relay in grade 9 (2003). OFSAA bronze in the
4X100m relay, 4th in the 200m, and 5th in
the 100m at OFSAA, 2004. Another achievement was being able to
compete in the 100m, the 200m and winning bronze in the 4X100m
relay at OFSAA 2005. Also, in the summer of 2005, achieving bronze
at OTFA’s in the 100m with a pb of 12.47. Competing at OFSAA 2006
in the 100m and 4X100m relay. Winning track MVP, for the past four
years, at St. Clair.
8. Why did you start participating in Track and Field: I
started participating in track and field because sprinting is
something that I really enjoy.
9. What does participating in Track and Field mean to you:
Being dedicated, competitive and training to be the best runner
that you can be.
10. To what do you attribute your improvements in the sport:
Dedication,
coaches and my parents
11. What is the
highlight of your athletic career: Some Highlights of my
athletic career, so far, would be competing in the Canadian Junior
Championships as well as meeting new people and competitors, who
share the same interests. Also, competing at OFSAA for each of my
four years of high school.

College diploma.

finish running: Continue to run and stay fit.
