7. Major Achievements: Three time OFSAA cross country medallist as a team, silver medallist as a team at National Cross Country Championships in 2002, all girls T&F team champions at OFSAA 2003, and 4th in the 1500m at OFSAA in 2003.

8. Why did you start participating in Track and Field: I love to run in circles… more because I took great enjoyment from outrunning the boys in my schoolyard in elementary school.
 

9. What does participating in Track and Field mean to you: Accomplishing things you never thought were possible.
 

10. To what do you attribute your improvements in the sport: I attribute my improvements in running largely to my coaches Mark and Mark, but primarily to Claire Percival and Marie Louise Asselin. Without Claire and Marie’s encouragement, and crazy determination to beat one another at practice, I would never have accomplished all that I have.

11. What is the highlight of your athletic career: 2003 OFSAA cross-country…49 points, one of the lowest scores ever by a team at OFSAA!

12. Future Goals: To run amazingly for my university team.
