 2005: LSSAA Football champs; making it to OFSAA (finished 16th) & Nationals 
(finished 26th) in my first year in track and field; MD MVP 2002-2003 
season. LSSAA 100 & 200 meter champion

 2006: LSSAA 100 & 200 meter champion, 100 meter record Petrolia LIT meet 
(10.62), 200 meter LSSAA record holder (22.00), 9th at OFSAA, Northern 100 
meter record holder (10.85), Bronze Medal at York indoor meet.


8. Why did you start participating in Track and Field: Speed was always something that was considered a weapon for me, it helped me land starting 
positions in Football, got me on travel hockey and soccer teams and Track 
was just the next step to see how fast I really was.


9. What does participating in Track and Field mean to you: Having fun and  meeting new people, seeing just how much I can achieve if I work at it and 
leaving my mark so one day a kid can say "oh hey I beat Justin Keating's 
 record!"

10. To what do you attribute your improvements in the sport: Everyone who pushes me to be better each and everyday

11. What is the highlight of your athletic career: 115 yard missed field goal return against St. Clair in the semi finals.

12. Future Goals: police officer or gym teacher

13. Plans after you finish competing in Track and Field: focus a lot more on school and achieving my future goals.
