7. Major Achievements:  OFSAA Silver medalist 300mH (41.20 PB);  OTFA Double Champion in 100mH (14.55) and 200mH (26.88) --->2003  OFSAA silver medalist 300mh (40.6 PB)

8. Why did you start participating in Track and Field: I want to be the best athlete i can be.

9. What does participating in Track and Field mean to you:  It means facing and overcoming challenges. It means hard work and determination, commitment to your team and training, always giving it all you've got and never giving up.

10. To what do you attribute your improvements in the sport: All of my track coaches have played a big role in helping me develop my skills and  pushing me to go harder and faster. My parents have helped a lot by driving me to the meets and supporting me.

11. What is the highlight of your athletic career:  When I got a 4 second PB at OFSAA and got 2nd, also at the OTFA's this past summer when in my third 100mh race I was already the best in Ontario. In the same weekend I ran my first 200mh race and placed 1st too. I broke my first SWOSSAA record in 2004 at 14.88 which wasn't a personal best but i still beat the rest of them.

12. Future Goals: I hope to make it to the world youths and if not that than to go to the Canadian nationals.

13. Plans after you finish running:  I'm not to sure. But for now I'm just going to keep on running.
