8. Why did you start participating in Track and
Field: I enjoyed the atmosphere of running
x-country, I continued throughout elementary school
with both track and x-country.
9. What does participating in Track and Field mean to
you: Achieving personal bests, staying physically fit
and meeting new people.
10. To what do you attribute your improvements in the
sport: My coaches, Mrs. Kohlmeier, Mark MacDonald and
my elementary coach Mrs. DiMaria. Also hard work,
dedication and my parents.
11. What is the highlight of your athletic career:
Winning 2 OFSAA Bronze medals as a team.

myself and to keep training hard.
