December 8 (Hamilton, New York)

Shannon O'Hagan was successful in her debut at Colgate University as she won the high jump at a meet at Colgate with a jump of 1.65m.  This height is a freshmen record for the school and also ties the school record.  Shannon reports she had a couple of near misses at 1.70m

December 12 (Madison, Wisconsin)

Hilary Edmondson was one of 41 athletes from the University of Wisconsin named to the Academic All-Conference Team.  To be eligible for Academic All-Big Ten Selection, a student athlete must be a letterman in at least their second year at their institution and carry a career grade point average of 3.0 or better.  Hilary's GPA is 3.21 and she is majoring in journalism.
