7. Major Achievements: - Running at OFSAA Cross Country in grade 9
                      -Running the Bobby Crim 10 mile road race
                      -Winning my age group of Alvinston/Watford 5 mile road race


8. Why did you start participating in Track and Field: Running has always been a part of my life.  I joined Sarnia ASW because I was frustrated by my lack of progress and success.


9. What does participating in Track and Field mean to you: It is a very
enjoyable way to get and stay in very good shape.  It is also gives me
challenges and goals to shoot for.  Lastly, it is a way to meet new people
(like the first time I met GOLD BOND).


10. To what do you attribute your improvements in the sport: I improve
because of all the people who keep me focused and dedicated.  My coaches,
my friends, and my parents.


11. What is the highlight of your athletic career: Running well at OFSAA
Cross Country.

12. Future Goals: Continue to run through high school, then hopefully run
for a Canadian University. I would simply like to continue running and improving.


13. Plans after you finish running: I don't want to finish running.  I believe that I will always run.
